Your children’s names, avatars, ages, settings and progress are saved only in this browser on this device. We receive anonymous visit counts: a random device number and the link you arrived from, with no names.
We don’t use the camera or microphone, your location, your contacts or photos. We never show ads, never track children for advertising, and never sell or rent personal data.
Children’s details are given by their parent or guardian, who consents for them when creating the account. Only the parent’s account can see or change them.
The website uses HTTPS. Login codes and tokens are stored only in scrambled (hashed) form, and codes expire after 5 minutes. Access to the data is limited to people who need it.
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires.
The app uses your browser’s storage for profiles and settings. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Our payment partner may set its own cookies during payment.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to care@erenjoy.com or on WhatsApp at +91 95400 08221 from your registered number. We act within 30 days.
